Q: Can estimates be given over the phone?
A: Unfortunately, estimates cannot be given over the phone. We are unable to properly diagnose a problem without looking at the actual machine. It would be like asking your mechanic for an estimate without bring him the car to see what is wrong with it.
Q: How long does it take to schedule a technician to come and take a look at our appliance?
A: Most of the time, we can have a technician visit your house the same day that you call or the next day.
Q: What is flat rate pricing?
A: It means that we will tell you the price of your repair before we fix it. no hidden charges or fee.
Q: Do your technicians work off of a commission?
A: No, all of our technician earn a salary. They are not compensated for trying to sell you parts that you do not need or services that they did not offer. They are not given time limits for fixing your appliances either. They will diagnose & repair your appliance no matter how long it takes them.
Q: Do you charge for travel time?
A: No, we do not charge for travel or gas. We position our technicians throughout the NY, NJ, & DC areas so they can service our customer effectively and efficiently.
Q: Do the repairs come with any sort of warranty?
A: Yes, all repairs come with a 30 day warranty on parts and labor.
